Easy Lasagna

Brown 1 lb of ground meat
30 oz jar of spaghetti sauce + 1/2 jar water
10 lasagna noodles
1/2 large container of small curd cottage cheese (or ricotta cheese)
bag of shredded Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese

Mix sauce with cooked meat and water.

put in 9 x 13 pan:
layer of sauce
layer of noodles (4 across, 1 on end)
layer of sauce
layer of mozzarella cheese (or cheddar)
1/2 container of cottage cheese (or ricotta)
layer of noodles
remainder of sauce
layer of mozzarella cheese (or cheddar)

Saran wrap overnight

Bake when convenient at 350* for 1 hour (no need to preheat oven)
